DDMP REIT IPO

楽しみにしていた今日上場予定だったDDMP(DoubleDragon Meridian Park)のREIT、証券会社から下記の連絡が。。。

Due to the heavy volume of over 50,000 total investors who subscribed to the DDMP REIT IPO, the lodgement of shares has not yet been finished.

Due to this, DDMP REIT, INC. will be adjusting the IPO listing date of DDMPR on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.

つまり、5万人を超える投資家がDDMP REIT IPO株を購入したため、処理が間に合わず、上場は明日3/24に延期するとのこと。

まあ、1日なら良いか。。。

それにしてもここ数日、フィリピン株価が低迷しているのが気になる。

EastWest銀行にドル口座を開いて、米国のインデックス投資にも挑戦してみようと思っている今日この頃。
